Competence and credibility are important to North Energy's enterprises. North Energy's values and what we want people, including our own employees, to associate with North Energy are important when we perform assessments of a working relationship. That we are a Northern Norwegian oil company also means that the working relationship must stand as a dialogue between the company and the region, i.e. all three of the northernmost counties of Norway.

North Energy has adopted a set of core values that will serve as the company's guidelines. These are:
