	Name Johan Petter Barlindhaug  Title Chairman of the Board Johan Petter Barlindhaug has established the largest combined consulting, development and engineering company in Northern Norway, as well as several smaller industrial firms in his region of the country. He is a national expert on the northern areas, and one of the leading experts on Russian oil and gas industry in Norway. Barlindshaug is also behind a range of impact assessments involving the points of intersection between fish, sea transport and oil and gas.
	Name Leif Finsveen  Title Board Member Leif Finsveen is one of the founders of North Energy and has spent his career in the energy sector. He is currently the group CEO of Salten Kraftsamband (SKS) and has previously been the CEO of Lofotkraft and Bodø Energi. Frinsveen was educated Master of Science at the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH) in Trondheim.
	Name Harriet Hagan Title Board Member Harriet holds the position as managing director of Origo Kapital AS. She has previously held several senior positions in large and small companies. She started working with Origo in 2003 after having served as CEO of Ishavskraft for 5 years. Harriet has an MBA from NHH and has extensive board experience from several board positions. She also has experience as a management consultant.
Picture missing...	Name Brynjar Forbergskog Title Board Member Brynjar Forbergskog has been working since May 2005 as Managing Director of Torghatten ASA. Prior to this he was CFO of the same company for 15 years. In December 2009 he was appointed CEO of the merged company Torghatten ASA. Forbergskog also has a number of positions within public and private sector.
	Name Hans Kristian Rød  Title Board Member Hans Kristian Rød has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He began his career with Mobil Exploration in the late 70th century and has since worked for the NPC and served as CEO of Next, later Fortum. He graduated from BI - Norwegian Business School, and has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
	Name Guri Helene Ingebrigtsen Title Board Member Guri Helene Ingebrigtsen is a medical doctor in the hospital in Lofoten. She was the mayor in the largest municipality in Lofoten up to 2007, and has been the Norwegian Minister of Health and Social Affairs in 2000-2001. She is still active in local politics. She sat on the Board of ASA, a Norwegian oil company, during 2007-2008, and is the Chairman of the Board of LoVe Petro, an organisation of the regional business community working to open Nordland VI and VII and Troms II.
	Name Ole Njærheim Title Board Member Ole Njærheim has more than 15 years experience from the investment sector and the oil and gas industry. He started his career with Standard & Poor’s in London and has also worked for Lyse Energi, Petoro and Pareto PPN. Since 2007, Ole been the Investment Director for IKM Invest, one of the current owners of North Energy. Ole holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Agder University (1994), He has a Master of Science from the University of Surrey (1995) and also holds an AFA Degree (Certified Financial Analyst) (2003).
	Name Heidi M. Petersen Title Board Member Heidi M. Petersen (born 1958) is an independent businesswoman. She holds an M.Sc degree from University of Trondheim (now NTNU). From 2000 to July 2007, she was the Managing Director of Future Engineering AS and Rambøll Oil&Gas AS, (Future was sold to Rambøll Group AS in 2004). Petersen was employed at Kværner Oil & Gas from 1988, where she worked as an engineer, project manager and department manager for both offshore and onshore industrial assignments before she became the head of Kværner Oil & Gas in Sandefjord in 1997. She headed a management buy-out there that led to the start-up of Future Engineering in 2000. Petersen has extensive experience from board memberships at industrial as well as oil and gas-based operations, and from energy supply and financial enterprises. She currently chairs the Board of Sandefjord Airport and TS-Group (Oil Services), sits on the Board of Arendal Fossekompani ASA, Eitzen Chemicals ASA, Calora Subsea AS and Glamox ASA.
	Name Jørn Olsen Title Employee Representative Jørn Olsen has more than 30 years of experience in petroleum enterprises. He was educated as a graduate engineer at the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH) with a specialisation in resource geology na has been employed as a Senior Consultant at North Energy since 2008. He has previously been employed at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, the Federation of Norwegian Industries, Norsk Hydro, Moss Rosenberg Verft, Saga Petroleum, Scandpower Risk Management and Svenska Petroleum. His areas of experience include exploration, field development planning, gas market and negotiations, project management and research management.
