Guri Helene Ingebrigtsen is a medical doctor in the hospital in Lofoten. She was the mayor in the largest municipality in Lofoten up to 2007, and has been the Norwegian Minister of Health and Social Affairs in 2000-2001. She is still active in local politics. She sat on the Board of ASA, a Norwegian oil company, during 2007-2008, and is the Chairman of the Board of LoVe Petro, an organisation of the regional business community working to open Nordland VI and VII and Troms II. |

Name Heidi M. Petersen
Heidi M. Petersen (born 1958) is an independent businesswoman. She holds an M.Sc degree from University of Trondheim (now NTNU). From 2000 to July 2007, she was the Managing Director of Future Engineering AS and Rambøll Oil&Gas AS, (Future was sold to Rambøll Group AS in 2004). Petersen was employed at Kværner Oil & Gas from 1988, where she worked as an engineer, project manager and department manager for both offshore and onshore industrial assignments before she became the head of Kværner Oil & Gas in Sandefjord in 1997. She headed a management buy-out there that led to the start-up of Future Engineering in 2000. Petersen has extensive experience from board memberships at industrial as well as oil and gas-based operations, and from energy supply and financial enterprises. She currently chairs the Board of Sandefjord Airport and TS-Group (Oil Services), sits on the Board of Arendal Fossekompani ASA, Eitzen Chemicals ASA, Calora Subsea AS and Glamox ASA. |

Jørn Olsen has more than 30 years of experience in petroleum enterprises. He was educated as a graduate engineer at the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH) with a specialisation in resource geology na has been employed as a Senior Consultant at North Energy since 2008. He has previously been employed at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, the Federation of Norwegian Industries, Norsk Hydro, Moss Rosenberg Verft, Saga Petroleum, Scandpower Risk Management and Svenska Petroleum. His areas of experience include exploration, field development planning, gas market and negotiations, project management and research management. |
