Background
Knut Sæberg was hired as the CFO in March 2009 and is responsible for the company’s finance functions.

He came from Optimera Gruppen, where he has been the CFO since 2002, primarily focusing on restructuring, acquisitions and the divestment of businesses. Prior to this Sæberg has been CFO for NMD ASA and was important in the company’s reorganisation in the wake of the deregulation of the pharmaceutical market. From 1984 to 1995 he held various positions at Shell, working directly with the establishment of the finance organisation for the Troll project. Sæberg received an MBA from Kristiansand in 1984.
