Background
Marion Høgmo has held the position as Director for Administration since March 2008, with special responsibility for HR and administrative processes.

Her specialties are organisation, finance, development and management During the period spanning 2000 to 2008, she worked as a bank executive for both Sparebank 1 Nord-Norge and Nordea. Høgmo has studied finance, management and pedagogy at Finnmark University College and law at the University of Oslo, and she has studied administration and management at  Buskerud University College.
