The Company's core activities involve the development of alternative solutions for profitable and sustainable petroleum operations in Northern Norway, including facilitating onshore business and spin-offs and other value creation in the region.
Oil and gas activities in these northern areas impose stringent demands with respect to coastal oil spill preparedness and consequences, requiring close dialogues with representatives of these coastal communities. To this end, a distinctive concept has been developed for these areas in close cooperation with the regional fishing organisations.
North Energy has chosen to focus systematically on innovative solutions. Close contact with our industrial suppliers and technological environments enable the company to optimise opportunities and plans for further research and development. The company will develop the skills required to make decisions throughout the entire value chain charactering the petroleum industry, from long-term and environmental perspectives.
