Protection of the environment and the safety of our people and facilities are the most important element in our business planning and implementation.

At North Energy, health, safety and environmental activities (HSE) are the responsibility of the line management, and our HSE competence comprises the HSE competence available both in the line organisation and in the HSE staff functions. Hence, our HSE performance is a function of the interaction and utilisation of these competencies throughout the organisation.

North Energy shall develop a culture that achieves excellence in HSE performance through the active participation and support of all management, employees, customers and suppliers.

One measure to support a uniform HSE culture is North Energy’s annual HSE Plan which contains HSE performance indicators and annual HSE targets.
